Getting started
Getting Started with Dynamic AFS
Dynamic AFS is setup, whereby only pre-approved user will be able to access the system.
Where additional users are required to be added to Dynamic AFS, a request needs to be submitted to Dynamic AFS administrator.
First time registration & Google authentication services
The Dynamic AFS platform makes use of Google Authentication services, which is internationally recognised and supported. Our developers make use of various services on the Google developers’ platform.
Due to the above and to improve security protocols and enable various features, all email addresses that will be enrolled on the Dynamic AFS platform has to have a Google Account or be linked to Google.
With your existing work email address, which can be linked to Google, then the user do not need to obtain and manage a new email address.
To open a Google Account with existing email address:
Open web browser & copy and paste link in https://accounts.google.com/signup
Enter your First and Last name.
Click Use my current email address instead.
Enter your current email address.
Click Next.
Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.
Click Verify.
Once confirmation is received that the Google Account is successfully opened, this page may be closed. Please inform Ducharme as soon as the Google Authentication linking has been performed, so that your access may be authorised and finalised.
Please note that this new email address is for access purposes only.
The passwords are not the same as your actual existing work email address password, and it is also recommended not to agree.

If you have forgotten your password, please refer to the "Forgot Your Password" section of the following page:
