AFS data history

AFS field history data is available to see previous iterations / edits for specific fields. To access previous iterations:

1. Go to file tab.

2. Click on version history.

3. Click on see version history to select the version you want.

Please see below illustration. It is advisable to contact the administrator if it is need to obtain a backup or previous iterations.

Users can also see how edited a specific cell in. To see who edited an specific cell:

1. Right click on the selected cell.

2. Click on Show edit history.

3. A edit history box will appear and it will show who edited the field, what did the edit and when.

Backup

To prevent data loss ,regular backups are performed of the online financial statements. Errors or system failures occur, this backup set of financial statements can be restored or recovered.

Restore total AFS

To restore a full set of AFS, please contact the administrator for the request.

Approval is required for restoration of full and interlinked data set
