If you are unable to find the relevant element in your search of the Knowledge Bank, please get in contact with your entity allocated Product Champion whom will be able to assist or submit a support ticket for further support. Future feature requests can also be submitted via your Product Champion for consideration by the Project Owner and Development Team.

Any accounting support, such as alignment of trial balances, manual narratives and values from non-TB data (ad hoc support for automation of external data possible), correction of allocation of general ledger transactions reported by the e-solution, or other maintenance / support elements excluded per our proposal remains the responsibility of the entities.
This does not form part of the e-solution licenses and require ad hoc solution extensions.
Any technical accounting / MCS and implementation / alignment / mapping support will be ad hoc.
Feature requests
As the system is obtained for 3 years, requests for possible additional system features can be submitted to the Product Champions for discussion and consideration by the Project Leader for scoping and benefit assessment for all the departments.
