Administrator rights for mapping of new accounts in Chart of Accounts

Administrator rights can be provided to map and include any new accounts in the Charts.  However, given the annual process for the issue of a new chart, it is advisable that this functionality be used during the annual template setup where the AFS template changes and the Chart changes are aligned and mapped following the roll-over values.
